Introduction By using this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern theusage of the services provided by SRplus International Pvt. Ltd. through its portal (www.srplusint.com) and all other services providedapart from the portal, such as air tickets, tour packages, and other travel-related services. Please read them carefully.
A. General Definitions
1. “Client”, “You”, and “Your“ refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
2. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, and “Us” refer to SRplus International Pvt. Ltd.
3. “Party” refers to both the Client and the Company or either the Client or the Company.
B. Bill Payment/Recharge SRplus International partners with third-party enablers for recharge and bill payment services. SRplusInternational is not liable for delays, pricing errors, or cancellations initiated by mobile operators or third parties. Users are solely responsible for selecting the correct service and payment amount.
C. Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, and net banking, processed securely through our payment gateway partner. Payment details are managed by your bank’s site and are not stored with us.
D. Eligibility Services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above who have not been previously suspended or removed by SRplus International Pvt. Ltd.
E. Security Features We provide two layers of security—OTP-based verification and TPIN—to ensure safe transactions. Clients are advised to change their TPIN regularly and avoid sharing it with others. Any misuse due to negligence will be the user’s responsibility.
F. OTP-Based Verification OTP is mandatory for login, sender registration, TPIN changes, and acceptance of terms and conditions. IP addresses are captured during this process.
G. Business Code of Conduct
1. Verify and maintain valid customer contact details for all transactions.
2. Ensure compliance with KYC norms, including PAN, Aadhaar, or other valid IDs.
3. Avoid transactions with suspicious individuals or third-party payments.
4. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including receipts and KYC documents, for at least five years.
5. Refrain from repeated AEPS transaction attempts that may lead to service suspension.
6. Use only verified bank accounts for wallet settlement / wallet reload.
7. Cooperate with regulatory inquiries regarding customer or transaction details.
H. Additional Travel Business Terms
1. All payment conditions applicable to fintech services also apply to travel services, whether processed via the portal or call center.
2. Avoid any travel-related transactions with suspicious persons or third-party payments.
3. Payments made into SRplus accounts for travel services will be the sole responsibility of the agent.
4. Funds for travel services must be transferred via NEFT/RTGS/UPI methods only. Cash deposits are not permitted unless authorized in advance.
5. All tickets and travel services are provided through email or WhatsApp. Agents must ensure that the client’s details are accurate andverified before processing.
6. Agents are required to maintain records of all travel-related payments, client communications, and service confirmations for compliance and audit purposes.
7. Any discrepancies or unauthorized transactions in travel-related services will be the sole liability of the agent.
I. Fraud Activity Awareness and Penalties Nature of Fraud:
1. Fraudsters misuse accounts of rural or unaware individuals or those who sell their accounts for monetary gain.
2. Fraudulent funds are distributed across multiple accounts to evade freezing.
3. Fraudsters lure retail networks with high commissions to deposit fraudulent funds into SRplus wallets.
4. Such activities result in frozen accounts, legal complications, and operational disruptions for SRplus. Mandatory Guidelines:
1. No Third-Party Payments: Avoid processing third-party payments or accepting such transactions.
2. No UPI-to-Cash Transactions: Do not provide cash against UPI payments.
3. Authorized Transactions Only: Ensure funds transferred to SRplus accounts are linked to valid business services.
4. Liability for Frozen Accounts: If any SRplus account is frozen due to your transactions, you will bear full responsibility, including a minimum penalty of Rs.25,000.
5. No Third-Party Transfers: Third-party transfers into SRplus accounts are strictly prohibited, with legal action initiated against violations.
J. Compliance with RBI’s Domestic Money Transfer (DMT) Guidelines
1. Ensure remitter registration with valid documents and verified mobile numbers.
2. Apply Additional Factor of Authentication (AFA) for every transaction.
3. Comply with the Income Tax Act, 1961, regarding cash deposits.
4. Include remitter details in transaction messages as per RBI guidelines.
K. Payout Services To safeguard compliance with regulatory norms and ensure transparency, SRplus International strictly prohibits the use of Payout Services for Domestic Money Transfer (DMT) transactions. Agents must adhere to the following:
1. Prohibition on DMT Transactions: Payout Services cannot be used to facilitate DMT transactions. Any deviation will result in immediate suspension of services.
2. Authorized Usage Only: Payout Services are limited to vendor payments, customer payouts, and other approved business purposes.
3. Compliance Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete records, including invoices and KYC documentation, for all payout- related transactions. Provide these records whenever requested by regulatory authorities or SRplus International.
4. Responsibility for Non-Compliance: Agents are fully accountable for any misuse or regulatory breaches related to Payout Services, including penalties or legal actions.
L. Indemnity Clause Users agree to indemnify SRplus International Pvt. Ltd. against any liabilities arising from non-compliance with RBI or other regulatory guidelines.
